Technological column И-КТ-45
Technological column И-КТ-45 was designed for gravel transportation through boring casing and hydrolisation of annular space.
The column consists of:
- Sections - 100 pieces. Single section consists of socket, nipple and muff. Section outer diameter - 45mm. Nipples and muffs have rust flies for mechanical screwing and unscrewing of sections with pipe turning machine of type РТ-1200
- Swivel wrench - 2 pieces. keeps the column hanging over working floor of pipe turning machine РТ-1200 and preventing muff from rotation caused by rotational movement of pipe turning machine
- Leading wrench - 2 pieces. Designed to transmit rotational moment of pipe turning machine driver to section nipple
- Caps - 60 pieces. Caps consist of a case, rod, ring gasket and insert. Such caps are being used to perform trips with semiautomatic elevator МЗ-50-80
- Cap wrench - 2 pieces

Light-weight drill column И-КБН-68х7
Technological column И-КТ-45 has been designed for boring of technological boreholes down to 1000 m deep, used in mining of solid raw materials by leaching technology.
The column consists of:
- Sections. A section consists of a socket and a muff, section outer diameter - 68 mm. All sections are connected by means of triangular thread 3-63,5
- Swivel wrench - 2 pieces. keeps the column hanging over working floor of pipe turning machine РТ-1200 and preventing muff from rotation caused by rotational movement of pipe turning machine
- Leading wrench - 2 pieces. Designed to transmit rotational moment of pipe turning machine driver to section nipple
- Caps - 60 pieces. Caps consist of a case, rod, ring gasket and insert. Such caps are being used to perform trips with semiautomatic elevator ЭН2-20
- Cap wrench

Water lifting column
Developed for pumping salt water out of 606 mm wide dewatering well with electrical centrifugal pump. The column is resistant to hydrosulphuric environment, and its working temperature range starts by -50оС.
The column includes:
- Sections, integrated design constructions consisting of sockets with screwed on them tool-joints, serving for connection single sections into column (nipples and muffs). Section diameter 273 mm, tool-joint diameter 351 mm, inner diameter 240 mm, section length 10 m, tool-joint thread type - Сп-310
- Bottom split-type adapter connector, which consists of bottom flange with screwed on it tool-joint muff, destined for connection of a pump and a column
- Top split-type adapter connector, which consists of top flange with screwed on it tool-joint nipple, destined for connection of a control head and a column
- Semiflanges, preserve joints from vibration induced unscrewing and protect power cable

Fishing taps are used for accident elimination on boreholes, that is for pipe fishing and lifting pipes, joints, muffs, tool-joints, sucker-rods, mills etc.

Drill pipes heads (draft)
Utility model is related to wells drilling, and to the means of drill-pipes handling using an automatic and semiautomatic lifting elevator, in particular. The utility model is aimed at improvement of the drill pipes head. The implementation of new technical ideas enabled us to increase the head fixation reliability and the possibility of threaded rod joints isolation with the body against hollows in drill pipes, and to protect the threads against impurities.
The objective set is achieved, as the rod has butt end slots, into which the flat keys with long handles are inserted, and that enables us to produce a significant torque. The stepped bar has a lug with the diameter bigger than the outside thread diameter. The lug is enclosed tightly into the cylinder groove of the body head, which has a sealing ring. The head application provides the high reliability of its usage at the expense of the thread protection against impurities and torque increase when the head is fixed to the joint.
There is 1,5….1,6 head endurance increase.
Shock absorber installed over the bit (draft)
Utility model is related to the wells drilling, and is placed between the drill pipes and a bit, or between the drill pipes. The utility model is aimed at improvement of the shock absorber installed over the bit. The implementation of new technical changes enabled the possibility of heavy load transfer and at the same time the reliable protection of the drilling assembly from any abrupt drop loading. That was achieved due to the fact that the resilient member consists of flexible rings, and two or more lugs the height of which is less than their depth on the opposite side.
The slots are symmetric to the lugs inside the lugs. The shock absorber installed over the bit stabilizes the load to the drill bit and reduces the dynamic load to the bit legs, 20…40 % penetration speed increase, 40…60 % drill bit headway increase, and the drill cost value of 1m of well falls by 15…25 %.
